Below is a list of what to anticipate in this important role!
Responsibilities:- Preparing Listings for Market - Lockboxes/sign orders
- Inputting / managing listings
- Organizing and maintaining client lists including up to date addresses
- Sending paperwork, emailing, answering calls, organizing files
- Provide consistent communication via text/email/calls with myself and others
- Organize and Prepare and assist during Events: Client Events, Broker Events, Open Houses Etc.
Systems:- Google Sheets , Docs
- Dropbox
- Google Share Drive
- Emailing/GMAIL
- MLS: Realcomp
- Zipforms
Requirements:
Knowledge of the city including navigating neighborhoods.
Prefer some experience within the industry.
Additional notes:
Current needs are 10-15 hours/week with the opportunity for Full time in the future.
