Nika’s love of Detroit was born at a young age when she would tag along with her father into the city on business errands all while gazing up at all the tall buildings - running through warehouses - and spending time on Belle Isle. Later in life her career led her to New York for a brief time, where she refined and cultivated her interest in architecture, design and the arts.
Upon making her way back to Detroit, Nika rediscovered her love of the city through the world of real estate. She ranked as a Top Producer in Real Estate early on, becoming Top 1% of more than 1 Million Real Estate Agents in the country. After working for two different brokerages, she decided to create her own path and founded Nika & Co. in 2020, a Boutique Real Estate Brokerage based in Detroit. That same year she ranked #1 in Detroit Residential Home Sales. To date, her company has grown to include knowledgeable and compassionate agents, and in a short time, has closed over $100 Million in sales.
She currently resides in a historic home in Detroit with her husband Gjon and her son Leonardo. In spare time, Nika enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, going to museums, caring for her plants and restoring her old home.

Morgan has been with Nika & Co from its earliest stages. She was initially brought on to develop the Nika & Co Brand Identity and has been considered a part of the team ever since. With the exception of photography and videography, Morgan is the creative eye behind Nika & Co's marketing and visuals.
Having formerly owned a historic home in Royal Oak, Morgan is captivated by original woodwork, restored and leaded glass windows, stately stairways, and of course Detroit's Historic Neighborhoods. A born and raised Michigander, Morgan has called Vermont, Indianapolis, and England home before returning to her roots.
Morgan is the Lead Designer and Owner of Lagom Creative, a branding and web design studio. She is honored to play a role within the Nika & Co team, ultimately helping to redefine your real estate experience.
When she's not designing, Morgan is likely trying to keep up with her two young boys, savoring a trail walk with their pup, searching for the best latte with her husband, and dreaming of the garden she'll someday grow.
